    How to use

    Before using the product, shake well, apply on clean body skin and wait for about 5 minutes until fully absorbed. During sunbathing, it is recommended to use a sunscreen before applying the body oil.

    Scientific validity

    Vitamin E inhibits the enzyme tyrosinase and melanogenesis in melanocytes, making it a strong antioxidant. This ingredient inhibits the lipid peroxidation of melanocyte membranes and increases intracellular glutathione levels [2]. Therefore, vitamin E is suitable for use in cases of pigmentation. Squalane is an occlusive molecule that strengthens the skin's barrier function and helps the skin maintain its moisture level (hydration) by regulating sebum secretion, and human sebum contains as much as 13% squalene [7]. In vitro experimental studies show that squalane is a highly effective agent for neutralizing reactive oxygen species. After oxidative stress, such as exposure to sunlight, squalane acts as an effective oxygen "trap," preventing lipid peroxidation on the human skin surface [8]. Therefore, squalane is effective in reducing skin irritation caused by lipid peroxidation.

    Active ingredients

    Squalane (INCI: SQUALANE)
    A branched, clear, colorless, and odorless oil used as a component in emulsions, pastes, and other preparations. It can be derived from olive oil or can be synthetically produced. It has a skin-smoothing effect and is used as a solvent for fat-soluble active substances [9].

    Tocopheryl Acetate (INCI: TOCOPHERYL ACETATE)
    Tocopheryl acetate is part of provitamins. It is a derivative of vitamin E, which in the body is converted into vitamin E. Tocopheryl acetate is a fatty, odorless, water-insoluble liquid. The provitamin itself shows no antioxidant effect until it is converted into vitamin E in the skin. Vitamin E is one of the fat-soluble vitamins. It strengthens cell protection and also supports skin regeneration. Due to its lipophilic properties, it protects cell membranes and skin cells from free radicals. Vitamin E also helps to improve surface structure and increase the skin's ability to bind moisture. Vitamin E in the epidermis is the most important antioxidant for cell protection. It captures aggressive compounds caused by UV radiation in the skin, thus protecting against premature skin aging. In this way, it protects cell membranes, lipoproteins, and fat stores from oxidation [10].
